Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.we really love this computer, it has the perfect size, fast speed, does not freeze, works perfect.! the only thing we do not like is that we use zoom a lot, and in order to be able to download the zoom app we have to remove one of the security functions that Microsoft offers, so we have not downloaded the zoom app, we only are currently using zoom through the browser, other than that we love this laptop. it also came with a 30 day free trail for microsoft, thst was a nice freebie.

I like the speed

What I didn't like was I couldn't find a place to put a CD, so I asked my niece and she said CD was old school. I'm still trying to get use to the way windows 11 looks thou and any problems I'm having is me not knowing how to find and do things.
