I have NO idea how this laptop has the positive reviews that it has. I have never owned a bigger piece of junk before and I've had a lot of computers of all styles and brands. Everything from the keyboard to the hard to read keys to the ethernet port are a poor, poor design. From the beginning I've had issues with it staying connected to WIFI. I've read that it could be due to Windows 11 but this is not the issue with this computer. It has to do with the drivers, I've done everything I've been advised to do and nothing fixes it. My husband who is in IT also is at a loss. A laptop of this nature should not have the driver issues this thing is having. I can only think I got a bad computer. The issues I've ran into trying to fix it is a joke. I will NEVER buy an HP again. And I also happen to be the buyer for the company I work for, I will make sure we do not buy any more HP's as long as I am there.

Great laptop for the $. A little slow when streaming video but otherwise great.

Computer is sleek with a big screen the only thing is the key board doesn’t light up during the later hours of the night

boots up quickly, perfect for office tasks and school, 17.3" is handy when working with wide tables/columns in MS Excel

Love this computer, use it for almost everything. Seems pretty fast to me and gets the job done.

Seems to work just fine; it was a Christmas gift for my wife and the stuff she has added to it run just fine. Good Wi-Fi and seems to run very fast, so far. Inexpensive option for surfing the web and doing some work tasks. This is by no means a high end gaming computer or CGI movie maker, but it works and if my kids don’t ruin it, it should last a long time

HP - 17.3" Laptop - Intel Core i3 - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD - Natural Silver excellent for the money

This was a replacement for a 7 year old laptop. The learning curve was nearly flat. Easy to use and understand. I have never had anything but a Dell but am very satisfied with this HP. Purchased, picked up at curbside, then made appointment for Geek Squad to install it. Very easy

This is a great laptop and its fast i use it for wor and my son for school and it fits both are needs
