    IT'S A NICE COMPUTER. I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE A TOUCH SCREEN FROM WHAT THE REPRESENTATIVE HAD STATED TO ME WHEN I BOUGHT IT. I WAS DISAPPOINTMENT ABOUT THAT BUT THE LAPTOP IS GOOD OVERALL AND I LIKE THAT IT IS 17.3 INCHES.

    Had to get a new a general use Laptop with an up to date operating system for remote desktop interface when teleworking in this age of Covid. Has everything I need and much more. I've kicked it in the tires some and think I made a good and informed choice.

    Excellent product but it was not clear that windows 11S was going to automatically load when it was stated the operating system was windows 10. Windows 11S will not run any software not downloaded from microsoft store. You must go to the store and follow a special procedure to get standard Windows 11 with no restrictions. :(

    Sorry to rate this. It’s too soon to ask for a rate. Jus got the laptop 2days ago. I rate it so far a 3 cuz the color screen view is not wat I was expecting n the key board has no differential color to the laptop which makes it hard to view the letters/numbers n all.

    Screen. Running fine The grey color of keyboard is almost IMPOSSIBLE for clear reading!!! Seniors and or vision challenges DON'T make the mistake I did Tech said I couldn't have Crohme after telling him I'd have to buy another laptop he took out OS??? So I could have Crome??? No name or card!!! Who was this????
