Screen. Running fine The grey color of keyboard is almost IMPOSSIBLE for clear reading!!! Seniors and or vision challenges DON'T make the mistake I did Tech said I couldn't have Crohme after telling him I'd have to buy another laptop he took out OS??? So I could have Crome??? No name or card!!! Who was this????

I was looking for a computer that loaded documents quickly and had good memory for research files. This computer opens in a few seconds and is quiet while it runs. I've accessed several files at once and they've worked without issues. I'd recommend this device for someone who types and researches on the internet a lot.

Bought this for my kid who wanted a PC. There were other options but specs wise this was the best in the right price range. You do need to know that it is ginormous so your probably not inclined to lug it around campus but as a cheap, well-spec-ed out laptop I am really happy with what we got for the money

I waited over a month before posting a review! From the moment I opened the box, this was exactly what was purchased! Unbelievable price for such a great laptop. If you are like me and looking for a wide screen with the perfect keyboard this is it!!! I’m completely satisfied!

Good value. I have no clue what the other reviews that were poor were about. You do have to turn off that Windows S mode is all you have to do- it is easy to turn off and not rocket science.

The first time, I ordered a laptop online. Supposed to pick my order up a week later. Turned out, my computer wasn’t available in any surrounding stores. I ended up going into Best Buy, buying a different laptop, and canceled the first order. I’m very happy with this laptop.

I am glad I bought this laptop. I wasn't planning on buying this but after comparing my original pick and speaking with BB employees, I decided on this laptop. After having multiple calls with my current printer hookup issues resolved (which has been discontinued by Canon).

I am getting used to the new computer, with a little personal patience and some help from the Geeks, things are falling in place. It is a bit difficult to read the keys since they are silver/silver. Haven't been able to see a light when the number lock key is hit---don't know if it is off/on

Couldn't be happier with the purchase. Item was listed open box, "fair" condition, so I didn't expect perfection, however, that's what I got. Laptop looked like it had never been out of the box! I haven't shopped BestBuy in years, glad I gave them another shot.

I purchased this laptop for a gift and it was perfert for the individual. The only thing that it did not have was an optical drive. However as I was searching for a laptop with an optical drive I quickly found out that many laptops now does not come with them.

My old computer was about ten years old so no surprise that this is light years faster. It’s a good computer and I have had no issues with it. Everything works as it should. Overall I am very happy with it.

This laptop is great for the price. I am traveling a lot this year and was looking for something sturdy to travel with that could also play some small, low-demanding games and stream movies/video. This does it great for an excellent value.

Because of it's size, it is heavier than a 15.6" computer. It's fast and reliable but the silver finish makes it hard to view keyboard without angling the laptop in lighting conditions. I purchased keyboard stickers in black and white and now it's a breeze to use.

Was looking hot a simple functional capable laptop for regular day to day home usage with some school log in needed (not all schools use Apple set-up). Happy not to spend apple level money on a computer!

I guess i am old school, i have a new HP laptop, when i turn it on there is a microsoft start up that just appears to be like a coverpage. This just wastes my time. I like to jyst sign on sign in....

I have had a Toshiba lap top for zl years. It was runnjng slow znx I needed another laptop. I decided to try an HP. It took a while to adapt to the differerences, but now I am really liking my new HP laptop. It runs smooth and fast. No problems at all.

Great value for what I needed the laptop for. Email, bill paying, online purchases, and things like that. Great price, and delivery was done with care and respect for our property. I will go back when I need another computer.

Hi I bought the HP - 17.3" Laptop - Intel Core i3 - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD and so far so good. It is primarily used for my kids homework and basic web surfing and we have not had any issues yet. I would definitely recommend the laptop.
