Set up on Christmas Eve. Used a small amount on Christmas Day. The day after Christmas the laptop failed due to the fan motor not working. Couldn't even get it back to factory reset before returning because it kept shutting down.

Great laptop for what the wife and I do. Mainly video editing. A lot storage space, and the screen is great size at 17”. Only thing I would have wanted would be a touchscreen, but that is just a luxury item in my opinion. Great buy.

It's a pretty good laptop with some seriously annoying quirks. I would prefer not to have to use my seldom used Microsoft account. No disc driver to load my non internet games. Will not recognize my TV so I can't broadcast to a larger display.

Just what I was looking for at a great price. I have a lot of confidence in HP products and the price was great. Had to wait a bit for delivery but worth it for the price. The staff was very helpful with what questions I had.

Absolutely love my new laptop still learning how to use the features my last laptop was purchased in 2014 so a lot of learning to do only thing I didnt like is I could transfer my microsoft office other than that I love it

Nice basic laptop.....needed for just everyday email, browsing etc....not a gamer!

This is a great laptop for the price! The only issue was taking the laptop out of S-Mode (safe mode). You can't download or install anything outside of the Microsoft store (including drivers for my printer). Overall great buy, with some patience!!!

Purchase of a 17” HP Laptop. I had r a 15” HP laptop from Best Buy I bought for my wife and we liked it so much I decided to get one for myself and it is everything I could want in a computer. Very happy with purchase.

horrible laptop, audio sounds atrocious, screen looks super cheap, not worth it

Keyboard is very difficult to see, not great for those of us who use the hunt and peck method to type.

This is a good computer. The color of the letters are not dark enough. The base is Gray and the letters are gray and they should be black or a darker gray. So I have my computer at an angle so it makes it easier to see them.

Laptop is light weight and large enough to feel comfortable typing on. Only down fall is there is no backlight for the keyboard

Bought the laptop for my mom because she needed something convenient to use at home, i love how big the letters on the keyboard are. Battery life is good and it has a large display screen. She loves it.

Now that it's finally operational and I have been able to use it, it seems like decent computer. I'm not tech savvy so I didn't need anything fancy but in this day and age you are stuck without one!

Bought this for my husband and haven't heard a single complaint from him!!! That says it all!!

Screen quality makes the computer difficult to use. Half the screen is faded no matter the viewing angle or light level of room. Not even worth the fantastically low price.

This is a bright laptop with a nice screen estate. 8GB of RAM is good enough to power this device. But what I like is the slim 17.3-inch screen. Good enough to watch a full-length movie.

Very light easy to handle. Only thing silver on silver keys make it hard to see without lighted keyboard. Great for job required to do to my needs

We bought this computer for my Wife's father. He hadn't had a new computer in 11 years, and weeped when he received it. It's not a super fancy computer, but it does exactly what my father-in-law needs it to do.

Great speed, great look, great value! Older Dell was having speed problems and search engine issues. Set-up of the ASUS was seamless through Best Buy's on-line software and virus protection.
