Nice laptop 17” and reasonably priced too. Shipping was fast and prompt from BB. Had no problem switching off windows S mode. Would recommend it.

Very happy with my purchase. Has the numeric pad on the side which I didn’t think it had. The laptop was bigger than I thought it was going to be which is fine by me.

Great computer. Does the job. The lettering on the keys is too subtle and sometimes hard to see.

I needed a replacement laptop quickly, BestBuy had just what I wanted at a fantastic price. It was easy to setup, a very good, vivid screen and big keyboard.

I haven't had any issues with the computer and the software is very friendly to use. For me the use is both personal and business both of which it handles very well.

Works as it should. Easy to setup right out of the box. Just answer the question asked. Only this laptop does not have a cd/dvd player/recorder. Had to purchase an external ($35.00).

Overall. Great Laptop. I asked the associate if it was touchscreen and they indicated that it was and it turns out that it is not. I will be more diligent in the future.

Great product for a great value. Also arrived insanely fast - sooner than the estimated date during the holidays, which was impressive. Set up was easy with the instructions.

The period and comma keys are hard to see which is which. We use it in our office on our porch, and I have messed up e-mails.

So far, this computer is everything I needed it to be (after removing the Windows S Mode training wheels.) Fast, big ol' screen, and a number keyboard. I am pleased.

I really like the computer. Im learning it is not 17.3", just 17". The screen sometimes apoears to be coming close to me but, ither than that I like it!

Very good laptop haven’t had a complaint about it beside the size of it was to big for my 10 year old son. But other than that I’m amazed with such a quality of computer

This laptop is good quality as a price I m using almost 1 year it's not hanged or didn't any systematic problems. So I recommend it.
