Still in the learning curve. I am thinking when I know the bells and whistles of HP my rating will move up the scale.

Bought for husband is very pleased. Easy navigation and easy set up. Lot of memory and does everything he needs it to.

Great product better then the dell I had before also bigger then any computer I have had in the past so thought it would be to big but it was not that heavy

The laptop works great for my wife. She uses it for emails, social media etc. Also she is loading scanned photos of our trips and from her parents.

This is an entry-level laptop that handles everything well. Setup and migration of data by Geek Squad was a 10. I highly recommend that service

I needed a cheap laptop for a few days. My only decision criteria was to have the old fashioned weft/right buttons on the scroll pad. After 4 months I still have trouble with the Dell laptop. I like the HP. It still didn't want to communicate with my HP printer until installing and deleting it a bunch of times. It works now! As far as Windows 11, it sucks, the new and improved crap does me no favors at all. That's all that comes in the new laptops these days.

Ireally like it accept for the letters on the keyboard are way to light, makes it hard to see them

My dad was in need of a new laptop and this one met his criteria. Once it was setup, he was back in business and he loves it.
