I'm fairly happy with my computer. I use it for general surfing and business purposes. No issues surfing. My anti-virus slows down the computer considerably. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

Good Computer! There's things in the port layout on the sides I would like to change but not a deal breaker. Overall, has everything I need and is fast. The only con for me is I need to dee the characters on the keyboard and these are hard for me to see especially in low light. But if you know the keyboard well enough, it's ok. I set a light directly over the keyboard when using on my desk and it looks great.

True is a really nice well built machine for the money. The price was too good to pass up even in this screwed up supply chain thank you Covid. I’ve been an all Apple all the time guy for the last decade except for windows at my last job until new owners came in and kicked guys like me who thought they were going to lifers with the company out so they could pay youngsters little nothing. I’ve spent the last 4 years working in the jeans and t-shirt blue collar world with no computer involvement and now I’m ij the process of moving from NC to the Midwest to be closer to family. Along with that comes a move back to an office environment of which windows is an integral part. This is something that has been on my mind fjr the last several months and when I saw this online my mom had been looking for a Christmas gift idea so she flung her credit card my way and said “Merty Christmas a few days early”. Even better. Let’s face it it’s probably not the latest and greatest but from the 2 hours I’ve spent doing all of the necessary setup procedures etc I think it is plenty sufficient aa an entre back into The windows pool. I’ll still have one foot in the Apple Pool as well.

I bought this for hundreds less than comparable laptops of the same spec. I didn't know how well it was going to perform but I was willing to give it a chance. I am very pleased after using it for the last couple of weeks. It is very fast, has a great display, and the battery seems to last for quite a long time considering the specs and size of the display. Very good keyboard as well. Overall great value!

Bought this to replace my wife's laptop. Terrific price and it was in stock. Large screen very solid and easy to set up and use.

I tried a laptop once years ago and since then I've used Desktops. I My lovely sales lady with long brown hair (I don't remember her name gave me an education without me even realizing that I was being educated. What she led me to was a lap top. It's a nice big one. I'm old. Size matters to me these days lol. It works like a dream and came in below well below my price limit,

The computer is great in quality and speed and memory and the price was pretty good as well.

It works wonderfully and faster than my old laptop.

The laptop is sleek, well made, with a large screen. Graphics are very clear. I've not toyed with all the features yet so I'm learning as I go. My only complaint are the keys. HP used gray lettering on a grey key which for those of us with visions problems, makes it difficult to see.

Great Laptop for a great price. Big screen. Recommended.

The laptop is relatively light for it's size. The picture and sound quality is amazing. The keys are almost flush with the system making them easy to use and difficult for crumbs etc to drop underneath them. I enjoy the large screen area and the speed in which the system turns on and loads data. I would certainly recomend this product.

The machine is great; I'm giving the 4 stars rather than 5 because it is not intuitive, nor helped by any guidance program, to go from Windows 10 to 11. I also don't like how light the characters are on the keyboard but am not hampered much by this minor "defect". It performs faster than I expected it to after ruining my i7 HP computer.

I had to purchase a laptop with very little time to spare as my other computer crashed. I did not like the fact that my computer does not have a disk drive on it and the store only had one option instead of options. I do not like the fact that in order to use a disk I had to buy something extra to attach which equals more money.

Niece size screen but not full 1080, if you want to watch a full HD movie, you will have to downgrade the video to 720 d.p., no backlight keyboard but it is okay for me, but not for some people, good for emails and surfacing the web, typing some letters and compatible with most programs, also the price for a portable basic laptop with big screen

The i3 processor was a step down from my last computer which had an i5, but it’s still pretty fast. The screen is large which is great for adding a Bluetooth keyboard and being able to still see the screen well. I got this on a Black Friday deal and it was worth every penny. Im using it for work but it would be great for school or personal use.
