    P Laptop along with a TotalTech Membership because salesman said when I pick up laptop I would be given 20-30 minute orientation on how to operate. Didn't happen! When I came to pick up computer 2 days later, they didn't even have all files transferred and I got no orientation. I felt rushed in and out. Naturally when I got home, I had tons of unanswered questions.
