    I've been very happy with the equipment I purchased except for the docking station. When I purchased everything, I did a live chat with a Best Buy associate and told them what laptop I was purchasing and how I wanted my other equipment configured and asked them what docking station I needed. I purchased the one they said would work with my laptop and the way I wanted everything configured. Unfortunately, the docking station does not work the way it is supposed to work. Additionally, it uses a USB-C connector but my laptop doesn't have a place to plug that in. The associate never mentioned that or that I might need to purchase an adaptor. Even after purchasing an adaptor, the docking station doesn't work the way it should.

    This computer is a good buy for a basic budget computer. The screen isn’t sharp enough to watch movies or shows, but it does have enough speed for simple multitasking. The 17” screen is not much of a benefit at its current resolution

    It’s been on the frustrating side of things on the set up. Maybe I’m not tech savvy enough. It seems to me this could be made much easier. I don’t like Windows 11. I’m thinking about returning this and just sticking with my old laptop.

    It's a good basic computer. I didnt realize at the time I bought it that it didn't even have a disc reader. I don't use it often so It'll just have to do. Nothing spectacular about it.

    The keyboard is really hard to see because the letters are in silver and there is no backlight. What were you guys thinking?
