New HP laptop with crappy Windows 11

Also, windows 11 sucks and no one at Best Buy mentioned the s mode or whatever it was that the HP tech said had to be removed, Windows 11 SUCKS!

Hp laptop

Asked me if i was ready tet to buy n then took his time getting ne the laptop. Then i forgot my id in car n he was aggravated cuz i had to go get it. And put laptop in the front of geet squad n left never to been seen again . Thats god the girl at register was alot better.

HP laptop failed in less than two weeks

Went to turn it on today—no go. No fix available by phone. Have to take it in tomorrow. So much for a brand new device. On a positive note, the printer that I purchased at the same time is working, and the Joe from the Geek Squad , who came to set everything up, was great.
