Excellent size screen and good performance. I like it a lot better than my Macbook I use for work!

This is the "best" purchase I've ever made in years. I think this laptop is an updated version of an hp I bought years ago. Love HP more than another one or two techy brands that I will not mention. Great product at a great price!

We purchased this to replace a 10 year old hp lap top and in the short time we have used it It meets our expectations. It is much faster and has been an easy transition.

I am happy with it. I like the larger mouse pad. It does everything I need. Battery life is good, doesn't get as warm as my old one. The screen is crisp.

I am returning this. I did not want windows 11 and thought I had the option to not upgrade but it does it during set up and you cant stop it. So this computer has windows 11. Also it does not have a back-lit keyboard and it is not a stainless steel case. Two other reasons why I bought it. Also - I ordered it by the phone, and the person put in the wrong e-mail address - so it has been a night mare trying to track it and now I worry about taking it back. That is why I am not showing as a verified purchaser. Also it is heavy.

very easy from start to finish. Ordered online and picked up in store a few hours later, registered when I got to the store and avoided a long Black Friday line!! Cashiers and workers for great despite the large crowd. A+++ all the way around! Laptop much better than I thought, would recommend!

I was able to find all of the purchase quantities for Fortnite gift cards at Best Buy. No other establishment had anywhere near the amount of selections or had none at all. I thank Best Buy for always being fully stocked for hard to find items that gamers may want or need.

Purchased this laptop, got it home and the screen was dim that I couldnt even tell it was on. It wouldnt adjust manually. Took it in, The Geek Squad even agreed that there was some glitch and the laptop was defective. I exchanged it for the same one and honestly I wish I hadnt. While it works fine, its a bit too big for my liking and the battery is horrible..HORRIBLE! My old HP's battery would last for a day or two (I work from home) but this one lasts maybe 2 hours and thats a stretch! Definitely would not purchase this again although I dont think my issue is necessarily with HP as opposed to this particular model.

This is a Christmas gift for my wife, so she just got it today and we have it set-up and running now, all is good but the silver on silver keyboard is hard to see. Thanks.

The outside box was damaged pretty bad but surprisingly the inside box wasn’t damaged and the purchased good works great!
