Great very useful laptop does everything and more than expected

Hard to open. everything is smooth. Have to have it tilted to see keys everything is silver. When BB transferred from old lap top they loaded Windows 12 without asking. Hard to learn (I'm old and don't do computers) I'm not that happy with it.

Great value for this laptop. I love the 17.3" screen. It has everything I need and is very responsive.

I really love the new HP computer. It's much faster than my old one. A Windows 11. Very sharp picture.

When I first got this laptop, I thought it was too big. However, the more I used it, the more I liked it. The screen is large, but this allows for a better view of everything. I like that it has an ethernet port, so I do not have to use wifi all the time. It also has a number keypad on the right side, which mimics my work computer. It is super fast when booting up or loading websites. I would definitely purchase this again.

I like the 17'' screen, touch and feel. I love the speed while surfing the web. i love the fact that it is easy to bring my work home with me without any interruptions ( very helpful that my office computer and printer is a new hp device as well as they all sync nicely together and along with my note 20 ultra plus 5G. I do not like that i can not play my regular games as it does not support google games. all in all though i do recommend this device to others.

Love everything about it. Meets my needs. Exception being the S mode. I’ve downloaded the security provided by Microsoft , not being a tech person. WEBROOT comes with my purchase, I keep getting notifications from Best Buy to install but S mode will not let me. When I purchased,I read the reviews and this was talked about so when I bought it I asked the sales person who said she never heard of this, basically have a good day.

I have been using HP for few years now. All models are well polished, good performance, sleek appearance. Warm recommendation.

Its large very large, some will like this and some want. But if a bigger screen is your thing your good. Its letters on the keys is a problem in some light conditions, this can be tricky, this may be a problem for alot of people. it works well and its fast. A good laptop really. The guy at best buy was great help and shipped it fast. Great job BEST BUY

This is my Mom's Mother's Day gift and birthday gift. She requested this personally just in case she works from home in the future. She wanted a 17- inch screen or bigger. She is not a tech person or working from home. She is just playing solitaire, memory games, reading emails, and shopping online. However, my sons suggested this laptop for Intel Core, and I suggested the HP brand to my mother.
