I bought this laptop to replace the HP I bought three years ago. I work from home and am a full-time student. Works great for how I need to use it. So far, so good!

Perfect bang for the buck. I use it was a travel computer and handles everything.

This laptop is exactly what I wanted. I'm still getting used to Windows 10 but I'm sure it won't take long. I knew from the reviews that the keys were not backlit and somewhat difficult to see in certain situations. I find that as long as I adjust the lighting around me this hasn't been an issue. I also placed a small sticker above the odd placed power key which helps to locate that.

I've had pretty bad luck with this laptop. I'm not quite sure why, as other folks here seem to be doing okay with the same model. The challenges that I've been facing are lag with bringing up webpages, especially e-mail, video streaming services, and other loading websites. The issue is not the WiFi, as my work laptop (an HP Pro), works very quickly on the same WiFi. Additionally, this laptop makes quite a bit of noise when it seems to be loading these pages or lagging in general. I have recognized that, with gmail, I'm unable to access it, unless I have 10 minutes to set aside to wait or refresh the page many times. I would not suggest this model, with my experience, but it seems like others have had good luck, so maybe I just have an outlier.

I really love this computer. I love how big the screen is, perfect for watching movies and playing games. Also allows you to look at two pages at once.

The screen size is great. Be aware there is no backlight keyboard but it wasn't worth an extra $500 to get one with that option.

Easy set up. Fast. Love it so far! Only thing I don't like is the location of the power button. In an odd spot but not a huge deal or deal breaker.

We purchased this laptop for my work, to replace my current laptop which is a Dell and is so slow. The HP blows my current laptop out of the water.

Bought this for my Wife who went back to School and this PC performs beyond our expectations. Love the Big screen and the long battery Life.

my HP lap is amazingly fast and so fluid and steady so far absolutely zero spooling when watching Videos online great Buy and a great price.

This is a nice laptop. It's quick with plenty of storage available. The 13GB of memory lets this thing really go to town!

This laptop replaced one that was about 6 years old. During initial startup we installed Windows 11 from the start. Understandably this laptop is much quicker than the old one. The only issue is that wifi drops occasionally while other devices in the same room remain connected. We are working thru this issue. We are not big time gamers so this laptop meets our needs.
