HP 17.3" laptop

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this laptop with the understanding that it could be upgraded to Windows Pro 10 at no cost to me. That was not the case------had to purchase Pro 10 at a cost of $100 so to be able to download files and programs from old laptop. After upgrading to Pro 10------computer works OK. Note: the keyboard is a light silver with thin/light black lettering. I find the keyboard hard to read---------lettering tends to blend into background. Maybe this laptop was made for the young generation-----I am 78 yrs old---------but have lots of computer experience in the past as a farmland appraiser. Unfortunately I ordered this without viewing in person. Would not buy this laptop again.
