This computer is easy to use. I purchased it for my daughter who uses it mostly for basic internet use, not gaming. It is great to have s large amount of storage on the hard drive.

This is my third laptop within four years. I finally found it!! This laptop is wonderful ~ Screen is a perfect size, keyboard has a great touch and speed is excellent.

Was looking for a basic business computer to run QuickBooks, Word, Excel and Outlook email. Performs great for this basic usage. If you're looking to do photo editing, gaming, stuff that needs RAM I'd suggest the 8gb version instead of this one as it would be a little slow and underpowered for that type of use.

For the price, the laptop is great, If you, like me want a lap to check Facebook, use Skype, see some movies there...work great!! I recommend!!!

It is sleek and light weight. It has all the features I want. The wide screen is great. I love my new HP laptop!

Had to purchase last minute was one of the best purchases I ever made

So far, so good! Don't use it a ton but when I do it has worked great! My only disappointment is I wish companies would include office products. Completely forgot they aren't included until I tried to sue it! Just one more thing I had to purchase.

The large screen of this laptop makes it seem like I'm working on my desktop. The processing is quick too!

I received my laptop and it had a knifemark on top. It looked like someone tried to patch it up. Have no idea how it passed inspection. I brought it back to local Best Buy and they gave me a brand new one. I really love it now. Easy to use.

This is a bare bones laptop. The 4 mb ram is undersized. I intended on putting more memory in myself however, accessing the motherboard would have been a tall task. The large screen was nice, but that was really the only thing going for it. It was slow and start up time took forever. I returned the computer and spent a little more for a more solid computer. The casing is plastic and cheap. The touchpad seemed fragile and cheap as well.

I love it! Easy to use. Large screen makes it easy to see or do multiple things. It's fast.

The HP PC seems to run very well and is very fast; I went through pure H-E-L-L regarding the data transfer and other services. The Best Buy Thought Police censored the traditional spelling of the "inappropriate" term

I'm still working through the differences between my old XP system and getting comfortable with W10. Transferring files from old to new was not seamless, but functional so far. Plenty of speed and reliability.

I liked the easy set up and helpful instructions and tips. I like the speed too.

hp laptops are the best on the market with their support team if for any reason there is a problem. however I have had a few hp laptops and have been very happy with there performance and longevity.
