Was a little leery of Windows 10 but it's the easiest program ever to learn. The larger screen makes viewing so much better. I was hoping to get a little more time on the battery but, regardless of what HP says, 4 hours is about it, not the 6 to 9 that they told me I'd get. Otherwise, very pleased with the laptop.

Computer is good for the price. Im an Apple person, Windows just seems to be a bit convoluted. Trying to find programs is not easy. Computer seems to freeze on a fairly consistent basis. Again perfectly serviceable computer.

I read reviews and made sure this model had everything I needed and sure enough it's been great so far. The only thing is I wish the keys were lit and some kind of light indicator letting the user know when NumLock is on or off. Though these minor things are not a big deal. Overall very happy with my purchase!

I bought this laptop because of the really big screen and had hoped that it would have a decent speed. I only really use it for web searches and writing essays, Word takes forever to load and the laptop itself takes five minutes to boot up. Although the screen is really big, the resolution isn't that great. It doesn't get very bright either. I'm returning it next week.

I have not had much time to really use it yet, but so far I am still trying to get used to Windows 10 Home. The only thing I am not happy about is that this computer did not have Windows 10 Pro. Thanks for asking Cactus

purchased this large screen laptop for my parents, their previous laptop started having hardware issues. They were used to Windows 7 and this has Windows 10 so a bit of a learning curve. Laptop seems to meet their needs.

Big problem is the right/left clicker-not smooth seems to move slow it is a fast speed for the internet like the large screen recommend if you don't mind the clicker

Good Mid Level Laptop , Good for internet browsing, productivity. I've had it for a year now and works great. Only issue is, it will only connect to wireless "G" it does not see the wireless "N" Network

I was hesitant to purchase this laptop based on reviews with sensitivity issues on the touchpad but I have not had any problem and since I mostly use this at a desk with mouse support I decided to purchase. Very happy so far with performance all around and it has been a great experience so far.

This is a really nice laptop. A definite upgrade from my last one. The start-up is fast and picture and processing is great. The sound is also wonderful. Gaming is okay so far, although i have yet to try playing overwatch with friends. Overall, great purchase especially when it was on sale.

Like the keypad, a little rough so I don't keep "jumping" when I type. Wish we had a lighted keyboard and I miss the games that were on my old Windows. The same games on Windows 10 are not as user friendly.

Its a new computer with a new system, so its just a matter of time to get to know my new buddy. Really like it so far, and love the 1T. Nice to be able to have all of my pictures and music in one place.

I was trying to get lots of features without breaking the bank. This lap top is perfect. I am very pleased with how fast it starts up. Having a numerical pad is more helpful than one would think. Solid feeling keyboard. extremely happy with this laptop, I told all my friends.

This was an emergency replacement for my dying existing laptop. This was recommended by my trusted computer guy as a good value for what I needed. Learning the updated Windows 10- So far, so good!

Laptop looks good, performance is quite well. Screen is big, and display looks good. Would recommend this product, for normal personal usage.

I'm not a computer wizard but for my needs and uses this is a great laptop the texture on the outside is different than my last laptop smooth finish and this new laptop has a larger screen than my last plus plays DVD/CD-ROM which my last didn't would recommend my 2nd HP

So far so good Had for just over 15 Months. I m glad I have the Geek Squad plan Only issues my fan sounds like it is in over drive its not over heating not sure what is going on

I am not a very High tech person. So for me Computer should be such that it satisfy my work need. So this is a very simple computer for me to operate without any additional features.

I put Linux on it. Worked very well. I also replaced the memory with 16GB and it turned out to be fairly easy, even though it isn't really designed to be easy. I looked on youtube for a tutorial and found one for almost the same model and it worked well.

I heard all kinds of bad things about Windows 10, but after using it for awhile I think it is pretty good as long as you use the associated programs that come on the computer. Such as the Edge browser instead of Internet explore or Mozilla Firefox.
