I had to replace an older HP lap top and needed with with a larger screen - at least 17". This fit the bill and was not overly expensive. I have been pleased with it so far.

Considering it started acting up only a month after we bought it, I'm not sure how we feel about it right now. My daughter was watching a video on it and it just turned off in the middle. We just took it in for it to be sent off to be fixed. The geek squad said the laptop was on, but the screen was black. Hopefully this is an exception and not the norm for this computer. We bought it for my daughter to take to college. for the few weeks it was working, my daughter was happy with it.

Difficult for a non-tech person to set-up and HR charges $. I am going to geek squad and paying the $40. for help.

Hinges and lcd grime broke. Luckily I had 3 months warranty left. Had to ship back for repair. Shouldn't break within the first year. Warranty or not.

This is a very nice laptop computer. I have had a good time playing on it.I would highly recommend it to anyone

We are really enjoying our new computer. I love that it has a dvd player as well we multiple ports for usb. I wish it was lighter, but that doesn't matter.

My only real complaint is that the USB 3.0 port is not clearly marked to differentiate it from the USB 2.0 ports. Other than that, I have no other gripes.

Like everything about this laptop but the touchpad. Sometimes it responds other times, not so much. Very annoying

Don't like the idea of having to buy an app for everything. DVD didn't work so I took it back to the store. They said I needed an app loaded to run it. Arrrrrr. My backup external hard drive doesn't work because 10 does not support it. Arrrrrr. Turbo Cad has corruption errors even though I reloaded it twice. Arrrrrr. Web browser fights me to stay the way it wants. Arrrrrr. Everything on it needs the web. I live way out in the country and have spotted web. Arrrrrr.

This is a great laptop. I was looking for something with a larger screen than my previous laptop. Even though it has a 17" screen, it is no heavier than my 15" Del was, so if I have to take it somewhere, I am OK with it.

It's my first laptop in 10 years. Much more easier to handle than my old heavy Dell. On the shirt time I've used it, it does the job I need it to.

I bought because of the price, but had issue with the DVD drive. Took back and they replaced right away. I have not had issue since. Great price.

Good for the basics of surfing the web, email. Regardless of that, there is a bunch of unnecessary pre-installed software, as expected I guess

I love this printer! The cartridges are easy to replace, the printer is fast, easy to set up as needed for each document. I have used dozens over the last 30 years and this one is inexpensive and productive!

I have an eye disease and have trouble with the black keyboard. The keys are not raised at all.

Very poor response on mousepad. Hard to locate buttons (they blend in to surface. Good screen

Overall this is a good computer. Trying to get used to the Windows 10 cause I had Windows 7 before. Overall hood computer so far.

I do not need a top computer for gaming, movie making, etc. I really just need basic features such as e-mail, word processor and internet capabilities. This computer is easy to use and affordable.

I bought the item due to the low price, it is an average computer that is good for the price.

Battery life is nowhere near what they advertise. Other than that seems to run a little slow
