    I got this opened box and saved $108 off the 479.99 price making in only 371.99 which is great for an i5 HP laptop with a nice large 17" screen. I likes it!!!

    I have had some issues with this computer from the beginning. I have found myself phoning friends for suggestions or going online for "fixes" from time to time. I purchased the same computer as a gift for my sister in another state when I bought mine. I have used mine a lot more than she has. I hope she doesn't start having the same problems.

    Got this computer as a gift for my mom. In getting the computer setup, I found the keyboard and touch-pad to be very annoying. Keys were too stiff and the touchpad was not as responsive as I would have liked. I returned and got a Lenovo instead which I've been very happy with.
