Computers like this one are why I love Windows. The screen size is great for my dad and the 6GB of RAM allows him to do whatever he needs.

Does everything I wanted it to do. EZ to set up and get going right out of the box, Quick and transferred everything with no problems.

I bought this laptop because I read the spects: and thought it was a great deal: and it seems to be so far. It handles task very well for a general laptop. Absolutely no complaints at all!

My biggest complaint with it is the fact that the touch pad is sometimes unresponsive. I don't know if its just my fingers that get sweaty and messes with the pad or if its the pad itself since it seems like its made of the same material as the rest of the laptop. But if you buy a mouse you can avoid this little problem,other than that is a good buy.

I have had great experiences with HP, so I chose HP again. I bought it as a Deal of the Day just after Black Friday, as the laptop I was using was aging, and I didn't want to have to pay full price for a new one unexpectedly. I was busy and didn't set it up right away. Two months later, I finally fired it up and it works great! I actually paid less for a better laptop than the one I had previously. My only complaint is the matte finish which shows finger prints terribly, as my last laptop did not have a matte finish. However, I use my computer for working from home as an online teacher, so the performance is the main objective - and this one performs!

Bought this laptop for an elderly friend who was scared to death of Windows 10. It's very snappy, and easy to set up so it looks similar to Windows 7. She's very pleased with it.

I needed a computer to take an online course that had enough storage to download quick books and office 365. I was able to do both on this computer without affecting my speed

Just as my parents needed - the screen is large and clear, yet not too heavy. It is relatively thin so it is not too difficult to carry despite the size.
