The HP has a large screen, helpful or older eyes. I do a lot of spreadsheets and reading on the screen so screen was a priority. I was pleasantly surprised to find a very good quality sound from the speakers. I recommend this a a good mid-priced laptop, and the large screen makes is an obvious choice.

It is still working very well, ease to use and light for travel.

Got this as a replacement for a seven year old laptop which crashed. I did lots of research and comparisons between models. I'm not a very technically savvy person so I also sought advice from an IT friend and the Best Buy staff and asked lots of questions. I've always been a fan of HP products and am not disappointed.

I went a step up in my second laptop. I went too cheap on my first one, a serious mistake. This seems to work better, though since I learned how to type aeons ago on a manual typewritter the built in mousepad still sometimes give me fits. I was shown how to turn down its sensitivity a bit by a helpful salesman and I may yet. I am trying to learn how to type with my thumbs perpetually floating.

I purchased this laptop for my father and he doesn't really care for it. He still likes his old desktop computer and I can't pull him away from it. However, this is a great laptop works really fast and awesome for the most minimal and even streaming. Trying to decide if I should keep it for myself or return it, only reason I would return it is because I already have a laptop!!

It gets the job done. The only thing that's annoying is that the mouse pad is slow. I went into the settings and changed it, but it's still not as responsive as I would like. Also, you have to click harder than normal on the mouse pad. Overall, good for the price.

good starter PC for the beginner. It takes some time to develop the touch on the Mouse pad. easy to set up and to use.have not used support through HP but it is available. all in all good value for the money.
