Very speedy. Light weight and thin. Great product for the price.

Speed is adequate for what i do online. the biggest problem was the space bar stopped working and i had to take the laptop in for service. Apparently is a bit of assembly debris or dirt thaxt was keeping the key from functioning.. it is working o.k, now

I read the other reviews, and I'm not seeing these 5-minute boot times others have reported. Mine is up and running in about a minute and half. I do have a couple of issues with the design and layout. First, the case is made of a plastic that feels super cheap. Like, I'm afraid to leave this thing in a hot car kind of cheap. I don't need the case melting out of shape if the sun hits it. I don't know if it would, but it just feels cheap. It actually reminds me of vinyl siding. Second, the position of the CD/DVD drive more or less ensures that if you grab the computer by the side to shift it on the desk, you'll pop the drive open. The USB ports are split between sides, with one on the right and two on the left. This should be a law, since it gives corded mice a place to dock.

This has been a wonderful purchase for my family. I use it for college and my son is able to play games.

I got this computer during Black Friday. It was a good price for a basic computer. I am a college student so I only need Microsoft Office and YouTube so it does the job but it does run slow if you have to many tabs open.

This laptop is great for every day tasks. It feels more solid than previous models. It's not a gaming rig by any means, but seems to have no issues running common applications and even less graphics-intensive games.

Bought this HP product from Best Buy and I'm in love with it. Awesome performance, especially with the Windows 10 OS. Never been down with an HP product and I'm glad so far. Best Buy is where I do most of my shopping, and I would recommend this product and Best Buy to anyone anytime.

The laptop was the perfect Christmas gift for our husband and father. He loves his old technology so it was important that this computer was one that would run his favorite programs with ease. It does!

The staff at Best Buy were very helpful in guiding me to the right products. The laptop is exactly what I needed and works well for me. I also purchased MS Office 365, Webroot Internet Security, and Geek Squad assistance with data transfer. All of it was well worth the price.

Love the large screen and the fact it has LED lights to tell you if its still ON especially when you may not have completely shut down computer and already closed the lid. Its great that it comes with no bloatware and only what you really need from a great hp laptop.

Initially had some trouble getting used to the features that come with this laptop but discovered it was more a matter of getting used to Windows 10 from Windows 7. Use it almost exclusively for work and it keeps up with the demands of the job. Well worth the price.

Great laptop for the price. It was a touch screen and that was a must for me.

The computer takes long to load and to shutdown, might be because of Cortana. But, other than that its a great computer, I love the large screen and all of the updated features.

I got this Laptop for my son who does on line classes and has to be able to watch videos write essays on them and have a lot of windows open. Speed is not an issue for him he games on it as well and no complaints. So Great according to a 16 year old.
