This is the last of my many HP purchases. I love HP computers and this does not disappoint. Large and bright screen, good computer for home and student use.

I wish now that I had bought a smaller laptop. I looked at it of course, but just really didn't realize how big it would feel. The touch pad is awfully fussy. I don't know if it's static or what (I know absolutely nothing about this stuff), but the cursor seems uncontrollable sometimes. It may be that there is a setting for that and I'm unaware of it.

Great laptop-- does just what I need, not to complicated for a 'mature' grandmother like me!

Before the 2 year point problems started 1st the fan sounds like a small airplane taking off every time you open a file. Then dies down to a low noise. Next the key ?/ popup not level then the row start with DFJKZXM can not use the shift to make capital letters this includes have to use the cap lock key. took it to the Geek Squad (GREAT SUPPORT!!!! Need to have these guys) they said the would have to sent it out to HP they did recommend a local computer repair shop so I took it there he told me it would cost at least $250 to fix really I do not think so. So I am making due now Dec 19 looking for new Laptop. Internet is even slow with the system not sure what the problem is there w-fi laptop or provider. Now I can not view DVD'S unless a buy a program for 90 dollars. System already outdated someone just want to make money. What is really sad I have been using HP products for almost 14 years at home and work. Is this just a bad model last 2 home HP laptops lasted 6 and 5 years.

work ok would like more speed,and seem to lock up at times,the computer did work for internet ok just loaded slow at times.

i had dells before hate the so i bought a hp works great

Great price for the spec. I bought for my son for school. Fits the need fine. No complaints.

I ordered this for a back up for some work from home items. It does a great job. I do not do gaming on it so it does not have to be top of the line.

Doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles but it is pretty fast and serves the purpose.

I enjoyed the processing speed and the large screen, but I had to return it due to the running pixels appearing on my screen. I don't if the band linking the screen to the laptop was lose, or if the laptop was dropped when being shipped. The additional features were minimal. I upgraded to another laptop that can turn into a tablet.

i ordered this loptop on the internet and works great as was discribed i am so hapy with my purchase it does what i expected it to do and more

The laptop was reasonable for a newer processor to be used main lyrics for research and paperwork. Large HD screen and comfortable controll pad.

This is a great and easy to set up laptop. The processor speed is perfect for my needs.

I bought this as a gift for my M-I-L. This is her first computer and she loves it. Easy to use and all the features you need at a great price.

I enjoy the large clear screen and full size keyboard. price was economical as well.

The product is very fast very efficient I was very impressed with the size of it and for the cost I expect to have it for a very long time.

This was a Christmas present for a high school student. It has more than enough to get him through school & hopefully next year as well.
