Perfect for my needs!

I got this one as a deal of the day for $150 off. The screen display is vivid and the keyboard feels good. Fast enough for my needs. I highly recommend this HP!

Great for Work & Personal Usage

It is dated in that it does not have SSD or Optane memory. That is not a fault of the computer and I knew what I was buying and got an EXCELLENT price. It does not seem to be upgradable, but it will work just fine for what I want.

Great laptop for basic office use.

Good sound and the 17.3 screen looks great! 3 USB ports, Cons: There is only a HDMI output for video, no VGA or DVI, so you'll need an adapter for any other type (more common now days). Also, MS Office requires a subscription after a month or so.

I like the large screen and full size keyboard.

I wish it also had a touch screen. I upgraded to a solid-state hard drive. Because my previous computer had crashed I needed the Geek Squad to restore my data. I had interaction with several different technicians. Some were great, some gave me what turned out to be inaccurate info.
