Purchased to replace old laptop. Very nice, good quality. Only complaint is that with the silver finish you can barely make out the letters and numbers on the keys. I have poor eyesight and find that this is bothersome. Will purchase black next time.

Love my new Laptop! it is everything I needed! Fast delivery and packaged well. I love the keyboard has large letters. I take classes and I do a lot of writing and this laptop has not disappointed so far!

It is comfortable to use so I really like that. I'm not very teck savvy in my older years so I appreciate the ease of it and all the folks at Best Buy that are so easy to talk to and get answers.

Great Computer workstation out of the Box. The video resolution is awesome. SSD input/output Read/Write is very fast when uploading/ playing videos. Planning to upgrade RAM and install Windows 11 Pro ASAP with a 1TB SSD, but for now this workstation rocks. This is the new standard level workstation.

The computer is great. The only flaw is there is no CD/DVD player. The picture shows one on the computer, but it's not there.

Great computer with a grest picture, this computer is being used for multiple purposes like dsughters home schooling while on the road, general web browsing, movie watching, streaming and stuff like thst. We have not had an issue with this computer and it was very easy to set up snd gey started.

Love the large screen. HD color is excellent for viewing.

Quality laptop! I had exception service by representatives at Leesburg Best Buy, with finding the exact laptop I was looking for. Matthew and Ben were instrumental in seeing my needs were met and getting me set-up with the Geek Squad to ensure everything was activated in working properly.

Our previous laptop was about 7 years old and our son dropped it, so we needed a new laptop. After, doing some research and reading reviews we decided to purchase this laptop. This HP has a fast start up with the SSD, good quality sound and great screen size.

The laptop works as expected. The operating system met my expectations. The only problem that I have had is that I cannot tell when the number lock is on or off. Other than this problem I am very satisfied with my purchase.
