Bought to upgrade a 7-year old HP ENVY Laptop with 1TB HDD. In comparison, this new laptop is extremely more quicker in bootup and program running than my older laptop. It is also much lighter and a tad bit thinner. Same size screen. I also prefer the actual buttons on the touchpad.

Very easy to use and does everything i need it to do.

I've had this product for about a month and really have no complaints. Boots up quick with no delay. My only issue is with the on/off switch. It's too small. Also, I miss not having an indicator light showing when "caps lock" is on. Other than these two issues I really like the unit!

This computer fills my space requirements. It works as advertised and I am very happy with its performance. I wish there was greater contrast between the key color and markings on the keys on the keyboard. I have had some problem pairing my bluetooth headphones with this laptop. Other than this, I am satisfied with my purchase.

So far this has been a positive experience. My previous laptop that was a similar model blew out a hinge two days after the extended warranty expired. Took out the power and screen cables. This one seems to be a good replacement. Easy setup and much wider compatibility with my older peripherals than my previous laptop.

bought it for a customer. she loved it i have no complaints. worked as expected. fair price and and decent hardware, will recommend for anyone looking for an an affordable 17.3 laptop.

Excellent laptop. Great and very timely transfer of data from an Apple MacBook Pro to an HP. Very thorough job by the techs. I highly recommend Best Buy to all of my contacts. Great job. Accomplished the tack on a very timely basis. Even surpassed the original time estimate.

I am enjoying my laptop! Recently my phone service was updated. So I am needing to spend more time on this computer updating items pertaining to the phone system than in the past. But that's OK. Being elderly it takes me a bit longer to learn new things.

Don t buy this if the one using it has arthritis in their hands can't get it opened plus make sure you get one where you can see the letters they are so close to color of laptop

Big screen, fast, quiet fan. My screen was broken. The problem was, after login to Windows, wait five minutes, the screen became blurry. I was able to recreate this problem by restarting computing. Asked friends about this problem, possibly cheap IPS screen, LED overheating

This laptop has a sleek design. The bottom part of the laptop gives room to place hands/notepad without worrying about accidentally touching a key. This laptop is quiet and works well.

We have Cox Panoramic WiFi but there are places in the house where our iPads can't get full signal. But, this laptop picks it up and seems to "boost" the signal for itself. LOVE IT

Literally used for less than 48 hours, set it up fine switched out of S Mode etc. working today and it froze I turned it off now it’s stuck in S Mode. Geek Squad says it’s an operating system error and I have to bring it in. Back to Best Buy I go.

Outstanding product and Best Buy had the best price and availability. The package was in great condition, the online ordering process was smooth and with no issues. The notification process was great and the pickup was flawless.

We are a business. We bought a laptop from Best Buy 10.5.21 expecting a newly hired employee to use it by 10.29.21. The VERY FIRST TIME this laptop was turned on it went immediately to a blue screen of death and the a "fan error code" then wouldnt shut off. Best Buy would not exchange it claiming return cutoff was 10.27.21.

I needed a new computer so I found this one at Best Buy. It is very easy to use and it took me 2 clicks to hook my printer up to it. It wasn't real expensive either.

Lacks a backlight keyboard. The keyboard is hard to read unless you're looking at just the right angle. Also, for the price, it should have been equipped with a touch scree display.

Very good laptop for everyday use. My husband is a begginer and enjoys the laptop. He likes to read and watch online. Good quality laptop.
