I'm enjoying using my new laptop. It's so much faster than my older model which was five years old. I definitely would recommend it as an upgrade.

Bought a brand new laptop and was having software issues, struggled with video playback. Gave me no solutions to fix it and kept telling me it wasn't a problem with the laptop and then wanted me to drive an hour to have someone look at it. Will not be purchasing any thing from them again and will tell my friends and family the same.

Very heavy laptop and it came with S mode. Tried a lot to switching out of S mode, no luck. Kids can use for online digital class considering the wide screen,.

Much needed device as old computer and old laptop died at the same time. It was an easy process with the help of staff to pick and choose a device that accommodates all my needs.

The battery keeps dying no matter about being on the charger. Looking to return it! Very disappointed about this.

Overall a very good product. I am a casual user and after having it for a month, it is exceeding what I use it for. I do miss the DVD slot, though. So far "operator error" is only issue. Thank you GEEKS!

Everything was explained to me at the time of purchase, The Geek team transferred all my info from my old computer and explained everything on my new computer.

gift for my sister she back to school and this laptop for her college classes. she love is clear and easy for her to read books on this laptop and doing her homework.

Overall nice laptop. I didn’t realize when I purchased it that the keyboard was not backlit. I haven’t had it long…just a little over a month, but so far serving my small technical needs.

Only had it for a couple months now battery need to be changed . Defective battery

I am very happy with my new HP-17.3" laptop. I did have reservations about purchasing it, but glad I did. The screen is sharp and clear, the colors true.

Fast enough for daily use. I wasn't looking for a gaming laptop so this one suits me just fine. I haven't had any problems with it but it's still pretty new.

Perfect for a small apartment. Very light weight, I would suggest getting the brush attachment. It comes with a brush but not great for hardwood floors

I am happy with the performance, but this piece of hardware is not as listed in HP. According to HP 17-by4633dx specs it must have a DVD. But does not have one. It comes with a 2230Nvme, I can not find if I can replace it with a 2280 Nvme. I can not find what is the max memory I can install on this laptop.

I got this laptop on sale to replace an older 17”. Seems to work fine for basic internet and word processing tasks.

No problems out of the box. Set up was easy and it works great so far (3 weeks out). No negatives yet. Happy with it. Prompt on-time delivery by Best Buy.
