Also had terrible problem w/ the the whole k/b & surface being the same color, couldn't differentiate between the keys unless I could put a light in one place above the k/b.

Open box

Gave to my elderly dad for Christmas. Had a bad charging cord. We are in different states. By the time I could get someone to get it to BB, they said it was around 60 days so they would not provide a new cord. I called HP and they said they would if I could get the Ser#. I decided to buy My 55-inch tv someplace else.

great laptop for a student

Happy with It

I purchased this 17 inch and after some issues with outlook (Geek Squad fixed) IT HAS BEEN TERIFFIC. Only a few days old but it has been easy to use. Relatively fast. Plenty of USB ports and easily connected to Microsoft 365 and OneDrive. For the price...love it.

Very good size laptop.

The keyboard is nice and large and flatter than my old keyboard. The on switch takes a little getting used to, because it is quite flat. I would recommend this laptop to my friends. The large size screen is handy for people who don't want to carry their computer around.

Stealth Keys

I don't know how painting light grey letters on a silver key is a good idea. Letters should have contrast so they can be seen in any light. Had to buy a light to clip on computer to shine on keys.
