    I love my computer. It is great for school and the big screen makes it great for movies. Still need to get the hang of how big it is though.

    I love my new laptop although it seems to work faster when it's plugged in even though it's fully charged. The screen size is perfect!

    Initially bought a lap top being led to believe it came with a CD drive... it didn't. Then I bought a desktop and a cd drive. Turned out i was an internal cd drive my desktop couldn't use. Went back again and got an external.... with a 2' cable suitable for a laptop. Went back for a 6' cable. Best Buy should compensate me for four unnecessary 150 mile (round trip) via turn pike trips, Chandler to Tulsa. About $120.00. Remember Circuit City... o fcourse you don'... they aren't here anymore.

    Great computer for the money. Fast response and multi-tasks well. There are 2 things I don't like which is why didn't give it 5 stars. The on/off button is not lit when you press it so you have no idea if it's on until the screen lights up. There is a slight delay. The other thing I don't like is the brightness of the screen. It's good when the laptop is plugged in. It dims considerably when on battery only. I've never noticed the dimness on other laptops I've owned when unplugging. This is very noticeable. All in all however, for the price, I would buy again.

    Light weight, battery lasts a long while. Screen is bright. Price for a 17" laptop was very good.

    First, why did I shop at Best Buy and why did I buy the HP laptop. Because of the Extremely knowledgeable and professional Geek Squad and the store staff. Helpful and courteous every time. I used the Geek Squad over ten time is the past 5 years: "Outstanding every time". Second, was the Best Buy recommendation along with the reliability and usability of my HP laptop. Great choice, Thanks Best Buy team!
