Great everyday computer for the family. The machine does everything well with the I5 processor that we need. 8 GB Memory seems to be plenty. Storage might be an issue but most stuff is on the cloud or personal USB drives. Larger screen is excellent. Certainly not a machine for the serious gamer but the family has had no complaints.

This was the perfect computer for a busy pastor and teacher who must be able to take everything with him on the go and sometimes in rugged outdoor situations. The case is really durable as well as attractive. The large screen size is a big plus as it is the sole computer available at the moment for work projects — there is not an office desktop.

My father needed a laptop with a large screen for just basic stuff (no gaming) and I found him this open box deal. Absolutely nothing wrong with it nor was it missing any items. It just didn't come in the original box so we saved $$ and the laptop works great.

We bought this as an extra work from home laptop to see spread sheets, graphs, etc. Nice big screen. Good quality & fast for streaming video/tv. Sound volume & quality is ok. Laptops are never really known for their speakers. I’d get a set of small speakers to plug into auxiliary/Bluetooth.

I bought this without realizing that it doesn't have a cd drive. Oops! Despite this, I love the speed and the display is big for a laptop. I am waiting for the 2021 office to come out. I am really enjoying this laptop and I am impressed by the quality.

I bought this for my 12 year old son and it works perfectly for him. It's got a nice big screen for the price of the laptop, it's even bigger than the one on my MSI gaming laptop, but of course it's not a high refresh or high-end monitor. For normal use by a child or an adult that isn't going to play any high-end games or use high-end apps, this laptop will suffice.

First time purchasing open box item. Came in excellent condition and was really easy to set everything up. Other than the box not being the original everything worked just as intended. I would definitely consider an open box item again.

Nice big screen for a low price. Parts are easily upgradeable, but the inside doesn't match the HP website. If you want to add a 2.5 inch SSD there is a place for it, but you will need additional parts to make that miracle happen. The big screen, full keyboard, and 11th gen i5 make this a good buy for under $600 (just expect to upgrade the tiny storage capacity)

For the price, I found this laptop to be a good choice. The speed is adequate for simple email and web usage. Not a game, so I cannot speak for that use. Has all of the bells and whistles I needed.

Computer is fast and has a nice sharp picture. The only issue I have with it is typing as the key symbols are not sharp enough with the silver color.
