I needed a new laptop recently because my Lenovo quit working, and I wanted a big screen with reliability. The HP so far seems just great and I hope to have it a lot longer than the Lenovo. It's also compatible with my new little wireless HP printer which has worked out.

I needed a 17” screen laptop that had an SSD & a DVD player. They are getting harder to find. This unit performs flawlessly.

I really like this laptop. I eas disappointed that the keys didn't light up from underneath like my previous model did. On the other hand the keys are a bit larger and the letters are also larger. Of course, that doesn't help in low lighting conditions. I have yet to find if this model is bluetooth equipped.

Laptop it's self is great! It's light and has great battery life. Picture is clear and plays videos GREAT! And it's alot faster than my old laptop. The Microsoft Edge I'm not use to it, yet. But, I had same feelings about Chrome when I got last one. So, I'm still getting use to change in OS.

bought laptop joined the geeks, geek came to house to download old laptop to new the next day laptop would not work. geek would not come back to house to fix so I got an apt for the store store could not fix was told they would get me another I have emailed geek at the store 2 times asking for a update no answer no way to call the store. I picked this laptop because of the screen size if they cant get me this one I will be willing to except one of equal or greater value with a large screen

I am very satisfied with the laptop I purchased and with the assistance the Geek Squad provided to ensure I was comfortable with it. They helped me set it up as well as making sure the printer was connected and working.

Perfect for school work and the solid state makes this one snappy laptop. The screen is large which works perfectly for me as someone who has two windows side-by-side consistently. Battery life could be better but you can tweak options for better efficiency.

Graphics on this laptop were of superior quality. Pictures super clear and color very vibrant and real looking. It has a very good memory storage. My first laptop for my college work and it has everything i need or want and more. The speed is excellent .

I purchased this laptop for my wife since she’s been working from home. Her other laptop was 15in so it was hard for her to see the screen. She likes everything about this laptop, it’s bigger and faster.

Its difficult to find an basic laptop (non gaming) with anything larger than a 15.6" screen. This laptop has been great for my clients who need a larger screen without the gaming laptop price.

Works better than advertised. If you’re looking for a laptop that does everything minus the elevated price this is for you. Loaded with features that usually accompany the higher priced models

We really love the large screen on this laptop and it has plenty of memory for us. We are using it for everyday purposes as well as video editing and are very happy with this purchase.

Got this for my son in the military and he loves it! He uses it for his job and also for school. He said it’s much faster than his previous laptop. Does exactly what he needs.

The Screen doesn't get all the bright as most other machinesbut is ok. The keyboard has a little problem the keys doesnt get all bright but if you have a lamp near you fix the problem. It is very fast.

Bought open box wasn’t sure if it would work properly but so far no issues and it’s super duper fast compared to my old lap top. Saved some money and I’m a happy camper.

I need a larger screen laptop for my light work and heavy entertainment needs. This one has a 17'' screen, which is perfect for my needs. I am satisfied with its performance

The laptop was purchased for my college student. So far it has been great. Good size, runs fast enough for what she needs so far. Easy set up. Light weight.

We love our new HP laptop. The only complaint we have is with the keys. It is hard to read them... so we ordered some keyboard stickers to solve the problem.

his laptop is a steal. They are selling the inferior model with horrible 720p graphics for $629 on here. This screen is 1080P IPS. It matters. It looks beautiful
