Explained advantages of 365 special package. Also, explained benefits of signing up for BB credit card. Which I did. Very helpful guy. And when I asked if I should ask for him again, he gave me a card and advised he was trained in all the departments in the store and would be happy to help me.

HP = 17.3" Laptop

Keyboard is crisp and comfortable and the screen is impressive. While most responses are impressive, speed wise, moving from one website to another, via an embedded link, is disappointingly slow. Still trying to determine if this is due to a "setting," my internet connection (not likely), or an inherent problem with the laptop. Overall, I'm quite happy with it ...
