I love this laptop. It is huge. But doesn't weight much. Not quite used to windows 10, but you can't purchase without it. I bought this one because it was not touch screen.

Purchased this for my spouse as a Christmas gift. She is very pleased with the perfomance

Bought in December, and noticed massive hard drive activity all the time, along with "Click of Death" noises. SMART didn't show anything wrong, and HP support wouldn't believe me about CoD (plus they kept calling me back at inappropriate times after I had given them times to call), so replaced the drive on my own dime. Machine works great now with the replacement drive. 5 stars for the machine, 1 for HP support.

It works. As we know it’s always been hit or miss on laptops. It hasn’t broken down yet so it’s a keeper

I was looking for a replacement for an old 17" laptop, and this device met all my needs at a reasonable price. Set up was quick and easy. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This was purchased as a gift. My granddaughter likes it for her games. My daughter hasn't used it yet. That's why only 4 stars

The computer meets all my expectations, however it is heavier and more bulky than others. Difficult to take around.

This laptop performs perfectly for the daily functions that I need it for. Fantastic for basic usage but with a lot of space for storing files music and pictures.

With the busy holiday season, I haven't had enough time to really explore my new laptop the way I would like. I am looking forward to much more after the holidays.

Good laptop, and serves my needs well, though I only use it for word processing, Internet and music. This is my third HP, and my next one probably will be, too.

This is my second time purchasing an open box item. I have to say that I am happy with my product especially since the geek squad had marked it excellent.

Only negative is not touch screen as I have gotten spoiled by the touch screens. Otherwise great computer, loaded.

This laptop fits my requirements for owning a computer. It is a HP with a 17.3" screen and has an Intel Core i7 Processor. Great features for the price.

This is an inexpensive laptop with a nice large 17" display. It's got all the specs you would expect. For the price, this is a good unit for basic use.

Have owned HP laptops before and always found them to be capable of my computer needs, this one fits that mold!
