    This computer is a piece of junk. Had a mother board issue after one month of ownership and the had a network issue which HP refused to repair. Of course Best Buy will not accept a return. Never buy HP lesson learned.

    I purchased this laptop for my daughter's birthday. Well for some reason there is someone else's personal information on it regarding their bankruptcy and medical bills. She is very unhappy. We will be calling regarding this issue.
