    I would have given it a 5 star rating. However, I am missing the number keypadd as well as the right click left, click of the at the bottom of the spacebar. Other than that, HP has been. And will always be my favorite laptop choice.

    I had a little trouble setting this up for my wife since I'm not familiar with Chromebooks. And I've got more work to do to get Skype working reliably. I'll try the web version today.

    Great product EXCEPT you cannot use a stylus on this model. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! NO WHERE ON ANYTHING WE LOOKED AT MENTIONED NOT BEING ABLE TO USE A STYLUS!!! Very disappointing from HP! Bought 2 of these for 2 of my daughters for Christmas so they could do school and other things like sketch on but with no stylus connecting to them they are no different than the one they already had.
