Got fried in just a year

Brought it back to bestbuy, was checked and told the motherboard was fried. Cant do anything. Laptop is gone.

Unreliable don’t waste your money

It started having problems about 2 weeks after purchase, completely quit 2 weeks after that. Geek Squad got it working again, but this is completely unacceptable. Apparently it can’t be replaced, although there is clearly something wrong, and the machine has been in use about 5 weeks now. Don’t buy this, or is you do don’t buy it from Best Buy.

Now it needs to be sent for who knows how many weeks for repair when it never worked. It’s very disappointing that no one can help out and return it I obviously bought it because I needed it now.
