I called Best Buy on day 17 to return and gt an MacBook they told me I can’t return and also I have to pay for their technician to fix it weird huh. Please don’t buy.

Great Computer

She loves it so far. Her mother also has a HP Chromebook and suggested I buy one for my granddaughter since she loves her computer so much. It has built in antivirus which is a plus for school age children as well as adults.

Tried everything even holding the power button for 3 minutes, same and clicking the brightness button like 300 times.

Does not turn on!

When I got it, I charged it over night for the first charge and it has never turned on! Yes, I did all the things. There is a constant red light at the port which indicates there is something wrong. But now Best Buy won't let me return it! Don't buy from Best Buy either!

Battery doesn't last more than an hour

I have to plug it in whenever i want to use it. Which means going everywhere with my charger. Considering i bought this because.of the purported battery life, its very annoying

It was used for less than a month old and now it won’t power on anymore. And, I cant return it because I missed the 30 day window from the time of purchase.
