I was very happy when I got it, it was working well while I bought it just 3 weeks ago. Screen often black, off -on , and it forced me have to restore many times.

Great for the purpose of WiFi and training. Good purchase.

Very poor performance. Lagging Everytime. Scrolling was extremely hard.

Dont buy. Lasted 7 months of minimal schoolwork. Stopped charging and is now a paperweight

I loved it in the beginning but it started going really, really slow. And I broke it because I got in a bike accident. It will be a miracle if Best Buy taste it back.

Laptop only worked for a couple of weeks, and now won't turn on... 2 days after I can no longer return.

The Chromebook stopped turning on. I thought it was a good deal

I'm currently writing this on the ChromeBook I purchased and it constantly has to be rebooted, slows to a snails pace when working on a simple Google Doc or Slides. Takes several minutes to open a Slides presentation. I've owned it for less than a month and have had to reboot the device at least once per day. Even as I am typing now, it cannot keep up with what I'm typing. Very disappointing and frustrated at wasting my money on such an inferior product.

I Love this laptop, the battery life is great, when you're not using the keyboard the light will turn off which is great. The touch screen is great. It's super fast. I love it gets the word I need done. The fans can be annoying sometimes.

Works great and is very responsive. Very vibrant screen and the touchscreen response is impressive and quick. Bought it on sale at approximately $280 which was a great reduction from $415. Battery life is long and charging is very quick. The 360 degree flip I found was good for games when folded to stand on ends with screen facing you and using touchscreen. Typing is also very smooth with only a soft touch needed. Also very thin and easily fits in a backpack for travel to wherever you need to use it. Great Chromebook and enjoyable to use. Very satisfied with it and highly recommended!!

Very difficult to maneuver this laptop. Chrome is very password sensitive and does not make it easy to add new apps. Adding accounts in Chrome are very confusing and lead to many roadblocks with no support available at all.

Purchased for our high school student. She loves it. Runs well. Good size to fit in backpack. She likes the touchscreen. Would definitely recommend for any middle school or high school student.

Love my new computer, my favorite part is the touch screen and how it folds. Thanks for all your help to the guy working to find me the best computer for school !

Love it so easy to navigate and it really does a wonderful job for my work. I got it on sale and it was a great bargain I got it at. I highly recommend
