I am not satisfied with the quality of the screen that I am seeing. I have tried all kinds of ways to change settings so that the screen is acceptable to the eye. I'm not a tech savvy guy and maybe that is why I can't get a nice crisp screen. Have had other individuals try to help and they gave up as well. Would give anything to have my old Dell monitor that didn't require me to have to adjust settings. I find the instructions next to impossible to follow. Wonder if I should take the monitor back to Best Buy and let them try to help.

The viewing angle was so bad I couldn't clearly see the dark color. When I visit to the manufacturer website this was a TN panel instead of IPS. I noticed just that after buying it I have keep moving my head around the screen just to see the picture clearly. If it wasn't for the poor viewing angle I couldn't mind as it only cost about a hundred buck. PLEASE DO RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING THE PRODUCT. A LOT OF COMPLAINTS WITH LOW COLOR ACCURACY AND TERRIBLE VIEWING ANGLE.

This is fine for what I needed. I wanted something inexpensive to use at home while working from home. However, I don't think the color is all that good and I don't like that the screen doesn't tilt.

This is a great monitor to own but the only flaw is that the monitor does not adjust up/down level. For a tall person like myself, this was very difficult to use so I had to return it.

I cannot gage these until Christmas day. However, these were a BF deal. I bought three of these to replace old 2006 non HD LCD panels. These should be nice for the wife and kids. The price point on BF is why I purchased.

The description stated that something may be missing. It didn’t state what. It turned out to be the stand. Wish I had known before I bought it just exactly was missing.

I have to prop up the monitor with files to have it be at the proper height since the stand is not adjustable in any direction. Screen is fine for office type work.

Really should have read the specs on this one. No HDMI port made this a useless buy. Had to buy additional cords to use.

This is ok. Nothing special about it. The basE is plastic and would allow me to tilt the screen, but Best Buy relplaced it with a unit that works.

I got exactly what I wanted. I needed a medium monitor that would fit in my computer cabinet (biggest I could get) and forget it. The monitor is basic and has a great display.

Initially received an open box item. Return experience was very good. Ordered a replacement and shipment was delayed, but expected during the holidays. I'm a bit bothered by the fact that I had to resort to the virtual assistant to be able to track my replacement that I ordered at the store, being that the app didn't show tracking for my replacement purchase in-store, only the initial purchase and return.

This was a very cheap monitor and does its job well. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. Maybe a little too pricey

this monitor is pretty good but the only problem is that it is old so it doesn't have high quality but it is still a great monitor for beginners!

Not exceptional picture quality but I bought it for work to have at home for a second monitor. It performs capably for that task.

Worked well as a computer monitor. Not good for watching movies . Served my budget well at time of purchase too.

I was having a hard time finding a smaller monitor size as everything is huge now. I wanted to do a 3 monitor setup, so 27-32" is just too big. I was happy to find this size, they were easy to set up, standard VGA, but the resolution wasn't crisp enough for doing detailed spreadsheet work, so I returned. I wish more mfg would continue to make smaller sizes for people that want multiple monitors, but step up the resolution.

I work in the oilfield which means I am gone for long periods of time, by the time I tried to use this as my secondary work screen it was to late to take back and exchange for a different one. I've tried the VMA to the HDMI adapter and still no luck, I need to know what to do and if Best buy will stand behind their product.
