Very good resolution

The only issue with it is that when you put your computer to sleep or shut down,a message comes on the screen that says "Input not found check cable". After several seconds it then says "Monitor going to sleep. Why it even flashes any messages at all is beyond me. Everyone knows the monitor will go to sleep when the computer sleeps.

Great picture and low glare

My current screen which is about 10 years old at least has terrible glare from the window behind me with this screen it wasn't a problem and the picture was spectacular I thought, but to keep this one when I got the one I already own working would have been wasteful in my eyes.

Decent, cheap monitor but beware there is no HDMI

Brightness and sharpness are fine. Viewing angle is respectable too. Main thing to be careful of is that it does not have HDMI or Display Port connections. If you're good with DVI or have an HDMI to DVI adapter then you're good to go. For a primary PC monitor I would look for something bigger, but as a secondary display, or as a small video display it's okay for the price.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this monitor has a bigger screen then my old tube type monitor and takes up much less space. the color of the picture is great i just needed to tweak it to warm colors for video's. one of my movies for some strange reason plays with heads cut off. that did not happen with my old tube monitor, i can't figure out why this monitor is messing with this one movie. no other movie i have does this.
