But even thought it worked fine with my computer on the Geek Squad's desk I absolutely could not get it to work in my home. So I returned it and bought the 20.7" monitor. Same thing: it worked fine at the Geek Squad but I couldn't get it to work at home. Until my son-in-law, a computer specialist with the army, told me " Click anywhere on Desktop and a screen will come up with choices for display." I did and finally got the monitor to work. If the geek squad had told me what he told me I would still have the larger monitor which I preferred.
