Monitor works great for at home use

The package was a ripped and part of it was opened. I was concerned my monitor would have been damaged, when I opened it there was just a small scratch on the base which was no concern of mine as I was just using it for home. The rest of the monitor was in good shape and works.

Color rendering fair-to-good but not great (more or less met my modest expectations for the sub-$100 price point). Note as accurately described by Best Buy, this monitor has VGA and DVI connections but not HDMI. (Also, if you have the space available, make sure to consider upsizing to a little bigger & better 24" instead.)
