I didn’t give it a 5star rating because of not being able to Adjust the height of the Monitor. I guess it’s my fault for not reading the description carefully enough, or , it may not have been in the description. Other than that, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this monitor to serve as a second screen for work related purposes and it is the perfect size. The quality of the images is great and crisp. Easy to hook up - I just needed to purchase the correct cables separately.

I needed a monitor for an older computer. This HP-20.7" monitor has the VGA input, It works perfect and has great color, with clean lines and a sharp picture. This was a great addition for my system.

A very nice desktop monitor. I returned it because it was purchased to be a replace a different monitor that somehow wasn't shipped with my package. But after I got it, the one the HP monitor was to replace finally arrived.

I like everything about the monitor except for one thing: The stand doesn't tilt back for enough to permit a perpendicular line of sight to the screen which has required a couple of thick books under the stand to elevate the screen to a more direct view.

Really solid-performing budget monitor. Bought this as a secondary monitor for my work laptop for occasional use in the "home office" and it's a very crisp, easy-to-read display that seems sturdy. Fonts on spreadsheets and graphs display well. Decent video performance. Hard to beat the price.

this product is acceptable and I think its worth the money, I can't remember how much I paid for it but it does the job and the PPI is acceptable. I wish it had hdmi but it doesn't and that's why its cheap

Hp monitors are of the highest quality and this is no exception. it has become challenging to find retail monitors with vesa wall mount patterns but this model gives a crisp image with input options and the vesa pattern. thanks again HP for a quality product

Very affordable, super clear and nice size monitor

The monitor is a great price, sturdy, easy to set up. The pixel graphics viewing quality is fine and perfect for the cost. I'm on the PC all the time for work. No issues staring at this monitor all day into the night.

Bought this on Amazon Prime day. I shopped online for one first but couldn't find what I was looking for. Ended up going into a Best Buy store & found this one. I needed it right away and couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

Im happy with my choice .....i would recommend it to family and friends....

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad and while I use a wireless mouse and a full-size keyboard, I've relied on the laptop screen. What a nice change it's been to have a 20" monitor with crisp clear color! I should have gotten one a long time ago.

I Bought New Monitor to go along with me new Envy PC. The Hook-up went well with no issues. The Video Quality is very good with great Contrast. However, the Monitor has very limited off-axis Viewing- typical of LED Displays.

Needed a new Desktop computer for 10 years and Best Buy had the best deal for a great price and great quality that I needed for work to be able to work from home!

Needed a monitor for a project so headed to Best Buy because I know they will have just what is needed. Purchased, set up, and was happy with the ease of setting up and the graphics. Would purchase another one when needed.

I use this as a second monitor when logging into my work computer from my laptop. The definition is excellent and it’s actually easier to read spreadsheets on this monitor than on the screen of my laptop!

This is an excellent monitor for my needs. It works well and is simple to operate and to connect to the computer. HP did an excellent job with the design and the imagery.

Its an OK screen. Resolution is not the best. Good for basic office use.
