From having less toner than expected to leaking over every page, I have learned my lesson that it can be better to just pay for the genuine HP toner.

Went to change cartridges to print some things for my business and didn't have the right toner cartridge, even though the box was right. What was inside was WRONG. Very frustrating....

Beyond an exchange, the other suggestion is to sign up for our instant ink program. As a business operation, you likely use a lot of toner cartridges. The program saves on ordering ink constantly.
