For our small business, we're often printing promotional materials and these cartridges produce colors that look far sharper than our printers from other brands. Only downside is that they are VERY pricey. Toner has always been expensive, but these prices have been borderline ridiculous as you're paying for the price of a new printer every time you have to refill.

I ordered toner from another source online once. It said it was compatible with my printer but it was not. I never have problems with toner from Best Buy, and it's so convenient to have it delivered if it's not in stock at the store.
