This computer was what my son needed for college. The size was perfect. The online purchase was easy and harmless and the sales associate was very nice and helpful during the pickup. This computer was a good purchase and works well.

I purchased this as a gift to my father who is not tech savvy. He was able to set this up and link it to his accounts without any issue or interventions from me. Easy to use, great reliable product.

Does the work, does not look cheap. I have almost 2 years with it and in good shape.

It's nice slow but a good computer for the money I enjoy it I use it for emails and work or drawing in SketchUp.

Very easy to work with, straight to the point of our small little company needs right now with be up grading to a larger memory one with a a year but this will still be kept in use

This computer comes with everything you would need for basic use because of the 4gb of ram, it would probably not work for those that need a device that can handle programs or have multiple windows open at once. It’s a nice gift for those that need something for emails or small use. Anything beyond that I’d recommend something beefier

I purchased this all in one as a gift to my mother. She’s absolutely in love with it. It’s easier to work because you don’t have all the cords and plugs and not having to deal with a modem is a plus.

Absolutely loved that it was a 2-in-1, runs excellent and performs impeccably, considering the amount of data I run on it!

Computer is very affordable but it was much too slow for use. I would recommend a higher tier with more RAM and memory rather than this one. You should be able to upgrade those things on here but keep in mind that the processor is prob the main culprit as to why this was slow at booting and loading programs.

I haven't had a desktop P.C. in years so I am really enjoying this new P.C. And thanks to the Geek Squad I'm up and running like a Pro ! Thank you Geek Squad I don't know what I would do without you guys.

Customer service was professional, they answered all my questions and even explained what my best options were when choosing the computer, and I love my computer, it was my first computer.

not a bad starter computer, for with only 4 GB of ram the computer is very slow. I had to add more memory because I could not tolerate the slowness

Works good for the average user, I wouldn't use it for gaming but the usual searches and Solitaire game are fine
