Slow like a turtle, right out of the box new!

I got this PC to use for my business and just need bare minimum business functions. As soon as it booted up, and got to home screen for first time. I double clicked internet (microsoft edge) to get on internet and it just spun/loaded. Im sorry, but a brand new computer shouldnt be taking forever just to open up an application, or freeze. I spent almost 45 minutes just to install google chrome. Literally every task on pc froze or just spun. Imagine having used it for a while and having all kinds of files and apps, but we are talking withing 10 mins of turning on fir first time. I then went to factory reset after a few hours with intentions to take it back and that took almost 2 hours. In summary, slow, lagging, freezes, straight junk.
