I love this Laptop and the service I received at the Best Buy store was excellent. This laptop was what I really needed for my personal use.

First off I am 70, so all I needed was a good basic computer. This was the perfect choice! I love the all in one style, I upgraded the keyboard and mouse and like it much better. It fits perfectly on my desk and I also use it to stream movies when I am in my office! I only use it for email, texts, searching for information, buying things and looking at my pictures. It was the perfect computer for my limited use. I would recommend!

This may be the worst computer that ive ever used and you can read the negative reviews that will be similar. I got this PC to use for my business and just need bare minimum business functions. As soon as it booted up, and got to home screen for first time. I double clicked internet (microsoft edge) to get on internet and it just spun/loaded. Im sorry, but a brand new computer shouldnt be taking forever just to open up an application, or freeze. I spent almost 45 minutes just to install google chrome. Literally every task on pc froze or just spun. Imagine having used it for a while and having all kinds of files and apps, but we are talking withing 10 mins of turning on fir first time. I then went to factory reset after a few hours with intentions to take it back and that took almost 2 hours. In summary, slow, lagging, freezes, straight junk.
