Took it to have Geek Squad look at it, supposedly it’s running perfectly. They even sent it to the manufacturer but they said there’s nothing wrong. It’s slow. So slow! Worst computer I’ve ever used. Can not and would not recommend. Wasted money on this.

Runs Slow :(

Mouse and keyboard are corded so it's fine--the only reason I use them vs wireless ones I already own is because I like the white and the keyboard is pretty clacky. Does the job for basic computer users but even browsing the internet is slow and I have not downloaded a bunch of programs or anything. All other internet-connected devices in my home run fast so I don't get it.
