Works Great for a First Desktop

It works great for what she uses it for and also just for homework. It’s good for a first desktop and has a touchscreen feature that she finds to be pretty cool. I don’t have any complaints.

Best all in one ever

I bought it for my son’s 10th birthday and he hasn’t complained yet. Usually when u but a cheaper model they catch bugs and viruses easily but this is not the case. 10 out of 10 must buy again!!!!!!!!

best buy dropped the ball on the open box

Contacted best buy about all the missing parts and they sent me on a wild goose chase to the store. Refused to refund the difference of a fair condition and excellent condition so I could purchase the missing items. Ended up having to return it. They claimed the manufacturer doesnt provide the mouse or power cord.

Staff and customerservices were friendly. I recommended the computer.
