Incredibly slow, even brand new with nothing on it, it happens back to the windows 95 speed loading. I got this for my 8 year old, although no one uses desktops anymore, and I've been trying to convince her it's better than her tablet. I wish I could return it but I held out hope for too long.

This computer was very slow the only thing I did was transfer my photos and videos from my phone to the computer and it started to go slow so I took off photos and videos and went to see if anything that was still processing in the back in and still went very slow I couldn’t pull up a web browsers slow so I returned the computer I did some research and this is what I learned is required for little to no issues the key computer must have 8 ram or better with a SD and absolutely can not have celeron

Once it’s up and running it’s good! It usually crashes when I first turn it on so I have to restart and it sometimes updates and then it works fine. I use it for my college course and homework but I don’t see it being used for gaming or streaming but it’s possible.

Overall, all in one for light users at an affordable price!

It works well for the work we need to do on it. Sometimes it acts up but what computer doesn’t? It’s mainly used for emailing & ordering

Bought this desktop for school and it’s actually not bad. Definitely recommend if you’re just looking for something for school. Not for gaming

Graphics are very slow, you cant even play casino games without any lags.

I was skeptical but im really loving this space saver. I took a chance since this computer will not be used for heavy streaming or game playing. And so far its great.

This has been probably the worst computer I have ever own. EXTREMELY slow, slower than mine 4 year old laptop. It would continuously disconnect me from the wi-fi, and no it was not an internet issue. I had to end up return it. Note to Best Buy, you need to empower your employees with simple decisions. The cashier kept telling me for over 10 minutes that I could not return it and said that he doubt it the manager could either. I had my receipt and and I even told him that a store credit would be fine too. Told him to please go get the manager and IMMEDIATELY gave me a credit to the store, which is what I wanted from the beginning. Not sure why it was so hard to make this decision. In the end I bought another computer and spendt more. It is simple!
